Requirements
Ï
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Ï
3+ years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years in mobile automation testing + 3 years of SDET work
Ï
Strong hands-on experience with native automation tools like XCUITest (iOS) and Espresso (Android). –> one or more of those frameworks is great, robo-electric, compose (android)
Ï
Proficiency in one or more programming languages like Kotlin or Swift. (not java – kotlin framework based on top of java – kotlin they could probably pick up)
Ï
Work closely with developers to do code inspections, provide feedback, and help identify bugs and issues early in the development lifecycle
Ï
Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, UI components, and performance constraints.
Ï
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Ï
CICD p0ipelines, github, github actions
Ï
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Nice to have
Ï
Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
Ï
Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or Karate.
Ï
Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or Firebase Performance Monitoring.
Ï
Contributions to open-source mobile automation projects or communities.
Familiarity with mobile testing best practices, emulators/simulators, and real device cloud platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Firebase Kontrol Lab).
