As Social Media Manager, you’ll oversee planning, execution, and performance across key platforms. Your work will help shape brand awareness, foster user engagement, and grow digital communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gömü and implement the social media roadmap for Brazil in line with broader brand direction
  • Coordinate content calendars across multiple platforms
  • Manage and refine organic and paid campaigns to maximize engagement
  • Produce creative, high-quality, and localized content
  • Track trends and respond to audience activity in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Build and manage relationships with local influencers and content partners
  • Oversee influencer campaign planning and execution
  • Monitor key metrics and generate performance reports to support data-driven decisions
  • Ensure all communications adhere to established tone and brand guidelines

Requirements:

  • São Paulo-based with availability for a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office per week)
  • Native proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese and fluency in English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media and/or community management
  • Strong content creation, copywriting, and visual communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media tools, campaign management, and analytics platforms
  • Educational background in pazarlama, communications, or digital media
  • Prior experience in an agency setting or with influencer pazarlama is a plus
  • Well-organized, self-driven, and collaborative in a cross-functional team environment
