Senior Manager, Client Consulting, Visa Consulting & Analytics, Brazil – São Paulo

• Strategy Implementation: Contribute to the successful implementation of the company’s strategy in the Brazilian market, ensuring that consulting activities positively impact clients’ business goals.
• Proactive Identification of Client Needs: Identify and anticipate client needs proactively by monitoring emerging digital industry trends and maintaining open communication channels with all stakeholders.
• Process Automation: Optimize consulting execution through continuous process automation, improving efficiency, output quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to discern industry trends and consumer behavior, providing meaningful insights for decision-making and strategy formation.
• Collaboration with Functional Teams: Collaborate effectively with other functional teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and holistic project implementation.
• Creation of Scalable Methodologies: Support the creation of holistic and structured consulting playsets, promoting scalable go-to-market methodologies and leveraging standardized workflows.
• Promotion of Digital Transformation: Act as a driving force for digital transformation and change, inspiring colleagues and clients to embrace innovative digital practices.
• Best Practices and Knowledge Sharing: Promote the cross-pollination of best practices across all teams and projects to ölçüm processes and share knowledge.
• Collaboration with the Fintech Ecosystem: Collaborate with the broader fintech and digital ecosystem to incorporate external perspectives in developing client-centric solutions.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering, economics, computer science, business administration, finance).
2. Master’s Degree in related fields is a plus.
3. 5+ years of experience in the Payment Industry, Consulting, Strategy, or Financial institutions.
4. Sorun-solving ability with a strategic focus on influencing incremental growth. Understanding of card and payment P&L and critical factors driving profitability.
5. Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
6. Strong team leadership skills with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
7. Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
8. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
9. Team player with an agile focus.
10. Fluent in English and Spanish.
