Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of technology leadership experience, preferably in startup environments.
• Strong technical background with hands-on software development experience.
• Experience scaling engineering teams and technical infrastructure.
