Job Title: Full-Time Sales Development Representative (Remote)

Position: Full-Time Sales Development Representative
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time
Saturday for 4 hours

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Prospects via Google, and source our ideal clientele
- Do 100 outbound touch points daily via Call, Email, drive value driven follow ups and Schedule appointments for Selling us as a construction partner
- Follow up with prospects to ensure ongoing engagement
- Manage multiple follow-ups in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently meet performance metrics related to Outbound Prospecting
Requirements:
- Experience in outbound sales development, appointment setting, especially via phone
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
- Proven track record of managing follow-ups and maintaining client communication

Compensation
$800 – $1800/m month On Track Earnings + Bonus and performance
