Operational Marketing representative – bilingual Portuguese, English – Maringá

Thanks to our strong reputation and market recognition in Brazil, we have launched a subsidiary dedicated to French product distribution, requiring operational pazarlama efforts to promote and sell the products effectively.

We are currently looking for an Operational Pazarlama Representative specialized in event planning, based in Brazil, who will work closely with another Operational Pazarlama Representative responsible for communications.

Responsibilities:

The Operational Pazarlama representative is responsible for local events, placing our products in front of the target audience with strategic messaging that raises our brand awareness, drives traffic and sales and ‘glocal’ adaptation of the communication strategy developed in France.

This new team member will be administratively reporting locally to the LATAM Pazarlama and Sales Manager and functionally for the global pazarlama direction to the Pazarlama Director based in France.

Events:

QuantifiCare is exhibiting in about fifteen trade shows in Brazil with a booth and through partnerships with physicians and companies to increase its visibility. The Operational Pazarlama representative is responsible for the following:

• Identify and book new congresses (manage contracts, complete registration forms, plan payments)
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics and budgets (booth provider coordination, team travel arrangements, communications)
• Attend and support 1 to 2 congresses per year, including live demo services during plenary sessions
• Collect and analyze event statistics and rankings for the annual review

Product Launches:

• Collaborate with the Pazarlama Director and the team on positioning and messaging through brainstorming sessions
• Coordinate the preparation of branding materials, invitations, and promotional accessories for launch day

General Pazarlama Activities:

• Contribute to competitive intelligence and market watch

Depending on the needs, you can help for any other pazarlama, communication or events actions. You are collaborating regularly with other departments and with other colleagues within Pazarlama, Sales and admin teams on Latin America and in France.

Required profile:

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Communication/Pazarlama/Event or equivalent
• Experienced with at least 2-3 years; first experience in Advertising for medical or healthcare companies is an asset
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Portuguese
• Spanish is a plus
• You readily use Adobe software suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Premier Pro, After effect)
• proficient in Microsoft office Suite and CRM platform
• Organized, proactive and detail oriented
