About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Pazarlama Specialist to join our growing pazarlama team and help us in designing and implementing our GTM strategy. You will be an integral part of the development, execution and continuous optimization of pazarlama campaigns throughout the funnel to reach goals from increasing brand awareness to decreasing customer churn.
You should have experience in major paid media platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, as well as in data analytics and reporting tools, such as GA4 and Amplitude.
A strong interest in analytics for generating performance summaries to communicate campaign outcomes, insights, and recommendations is vital, as well as familiarity with best SEO practices and relevant research tools, such as Semrush and Ahrefs.

- Plan and execute PPC campaigns to generate demand
- Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
- Track metrics and measure ROI of ad campaigns
- Oversee ad accounts on multiple platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Analyze pazarlama data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to optimize current and shape future pazarlama campaigns
- Recommend website and campaign optimizations
- Report on pazarlama KPIs like leads, conversion rates, and website traffic
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
- Research and implement pazarlama tools
- Keep abreast of PPC and SEO trends
What you bring to the team
- Proven experience as pazarlama specialist or similar role
- Thorough understanding of digital pazarlama elements, especially Performance Pazarlama and SEO as well as proficient usage of major ad platforms
- Excellent knowledge of pazarlama data analytics tools, such as GA4 and Amplitude, and an ability to digest data and produce reports and insights
- Demonstrable experience in market intelligence and competitor monitoring; working knowledge of tools such as Semrush and Apollo
- Solid computer skills, including Office suits (Google Workspace, Notion), collaboration tools (Slack, Linear), and pazarlama software (Hubspot, Clarity)
- Organization and attention to detail
- Analytical thinking
- BSc/BA in Pazarlama or equivalent
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
