We are looking for an experienced Marcom Pazarlama Manager to lead and execute integrated pazarlama communications strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement as a major player in the market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B pazarlama, along with proven expertise in branding, digital campaigns, content pazarlama, events, and sponsorships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic pazarlama communication plans to strengthen brand positioning and awareness.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content, including thought leadership articles and case studies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels (including social media and PR to drive positive coverage).
  • Plan and execute integrated pazarlama campaigns, leveraging digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Track and analyze key pazarlama metrics to measure the success of communication efforts and optimize strategies.
  • Support the organization of events, webinars, and speaking engagements to increase brand visibility and promote our solutions.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity industry trends and competitor activities to refine messaging and positioning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in pazarlama communications, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand management and digital pazarlama strategies.
  • Experience working with media outlets and influencers.
  • Excellent content creation and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in pazarlama analytics tools and CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience working with international companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pazarlama, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
