Key job responsibilities

As a Manager of Program team, you will be responsible for surfacing Seller Pain points and driving solutions by building collaborative relationships with various business, technical, and operations teams. The Program Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to drive strategic operational initiatives that will have a positive impact on our Sellers.

You will review performance on key performance metrics, facilitate programmatic input for process and product improvement, and ensure accountability for strategic and tactical initiatives.

  1. Create mechanisms to coordinate a large group of local stakeholders to drive impactful projects to completion.
  2. Identify and analyze data on a frequent basis to isolate issues, drive improvements with local and global teams, and prioritize competing program opportunities.
  3. Set up performance mechanisms and track performance.
  4. Conceptualize and drive program changes.
  5. Drive adoption of internal mechanisms and seller-facing tools that drive long-term benefit.
  6. Address barriers through sorun solving and coordination with stakeholders.
  7. Gain support for your strategy from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.
  8. Create goals and related metrics, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.
  9. Communicate performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and bağlantı to specific improvement areas.
  10. Incorporate best practices and lessons learned from other geographies or local competitors to gömü best-in-class customer experience.
  11. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship pazarlama experience.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders.
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital products, or entertainment industries.
