Share People Hub, in partnership with a global company, is searching for a Machine Learning Engineer for a Remote role.

What you’ll do:

1. Architect and orchestrate the implementation of the company’s AI Mission, Vision, and ML Strategy.
2. Own technical end-to-end delivery of ML pipelines from architecture to production scaling.
3. Create a culture of empathy and psychological safety that encourages those you collaborate with to be owners of the solutions you own.
4. Spearhead a diagram-based approach to articulating planned green-field and brown-field development to ensure unambiguous communication of your planned endeavors.
5. Manage product resourcing allocation to meet deadlines.

What you’ll need:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or any quantitative field.
2. Relevant experience with Machine Learning Platform Architecture.
3. Systems Thinking and Software Design Patterns.
4. Experience with Python, PySpark, DataDog, Terraform, API Management, GitHub Workflows, Docker, and Kontrol Driven Development.
5. Knowledge with Front End technology frameworks, Software Development Lifecycle, Bash, Software System Integration, and Software Refactoring Techniques.
6. Experience with solution runtime efficiency optimizations.
