As “Logistics & Seller Operations Senior Specialist” your primary role will be working closely with multiple business teams/stakeholders, identify pain points and solution leads using data, drive process standardization & optimization via SOP creation and continuously process enhancements.

Responsibilities:
- Find out Sellers operational & logistics pain points within alignment of Supply Chain & Logistics strategies and overall business direction. Lead/Contribute for the solution to make business with improved seller & buyer experience;
- Stay engaged constantly with the Sellers, gather their feedback, analyze, report, and work closely with relevant teams and monitor the process/outputs;
- Help to train/guide SME sellers on their Supply Chain & Logistics platform operations, strategies and help their business growth on AliExpress;
- Help with localization of all sort of Supply Chain & Logistics materials such as seller announcements, training materials, seller açık oturum translations and other improvements;
- Stay engaged constantly with the Market, gather intelligence on the market & competitors, gather developments in the market, analyze, report, and keep relevant teams up to date;
- Review, Monitor, and Report existing/new Seller Logistics operations and performance;
- Manage and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders (logistics partners, carriers, key sellers) to develop a shared understanding of what needs to be delivered.
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Logistics, Operations Research, or Project Management related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years (any of the listed) working experience in seller operations, sales operations, e-commerce, warehousing, transportation, or logistics areas
- Excellent communication skills with diversified functional and local teams.
- Willingness to work in start-up mode, ability to operate in highly ambiguous business environment.
- Ability to travel often both locally and internationally.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English and Mandarin is plus.
- SQL (code) Language, Data Analysis, and Advanced Excel Knowledge are plus.
- Experience in Marketplace/Platform, B2C-Delivery businesses are plus.
