This role is pivotal in aligning pazarlama efforts with the company’s regional business objectives, enhancing brand visibility, driving revenue growth, and increasing customer acquisition and retention. The Head of Pazarlama ensures that the pazarlama department operates efficiently, innovates continuously, and supports the organization’s goals to maintain a competitive edge in the IT security market.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:Partner with the company’s overall pazarlama strategy, aligning it with business and long-term growth objectives.

Lead the development of high-level pazarlama strategies for product, brand, demand generation, and customer retention together with the sales leadership. Team Leadership & Development:Ensure that the team is motivated, equipped with necessary skills, and aligned with the company’s vision.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the MD, sales leadership, product teams, and customer success to ensure pazarlama strategies align with broader company objectives. Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on pazarlama strategies and performance.
Brand Management & Positioning:Ensure the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand identity across all pazarlama channels and touchpoints. Oversee the creation of messaging that resonates with target audiences and strengthens market position.
Demand Generation & Lead Management:Oversee the development and execution of demand generation strategies to create a continuous pipeline of high-quality leads. Ensure alignment between pazarlama and sales to optimize lead nurturing, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
Pazarlama Innovation:Drive continuous innovation in pazarlama strategies, channels, and tactics, including the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that enhance pazarlama effectiveness and customer engagement. Budget & Resource Allocation:Develop the pazarlama budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to high-priority programs and initiatives.
Monitor spending to ensure alignment with organizational goals and ROI expectations. Performance Monitoring & Analytics:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of pazarlama programs, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed.
Provide regular reporting on pazarlama performance to the executive team. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:Lead market research and competitive analysis efforts to inform pazarlama strategies and ensure that the company stays ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Corporate & External Communications:Oversee all corporate communications, public relations, and media outreach to ensure positive brand perception and consistent messaging across all public channels.Required Experience & Skills: Hard Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pazarlama, Business, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in pazarlama, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (e.g., VP of Pazarlama, Head of Pazarlama). Pazarlama Expertise: Proven track record of developing and executing successful pazarlama strategies that drive business growth and market share.
Leadership & Budget Management: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large, complex pazarlama budgets. Pazarlama Specializations: Expertise in demand generation, content strategy, digital pazarlama, brand development, and customer retention.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with pazarlama automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Industry Experience: Experience in the IT security, Saa S, or B2 B technology sectors. Certifications: Certification in pazarlama leadership, digital pazarlama, or data analytics.
Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish is desirable. Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and engage effectively with executives and stakeholders. Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence and negotiate across departments and with external partners. Results-driven with a deep understanding of how to measure, optimize, and scale pazarlama programs effectively. Innovative mindset, continuously looking for ways to improve processes and stay ahead of industry trends.
