What You’ll Do
Avalara is seeking a Business Lead for Pazarlama Operations to play a crucial role in the redesign of our lead funnel management process. The goal of this initiative is to ensure that more of our qualified leads are rapidly and efficiently directed to the right sellers, creating streamlined and effective processes.
This role will focus on rebuilding the rules engine, optimizing lead distribution, and ensuring accountability throughout the entire lead lifecycle. You will be both strategic and hands-on, working with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and drive measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
You will partner with business subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and gömü relevant use cases and business requirements, ensuring agreement on strategic objectives. As the Business Lead, you will be responsible for driving alignment across key stakeholders, including sales, pazarlama, revops, and tech, ensuring that all teams are unified on the project’s vision, success criteria, and KPIs.
You will report directly to the Sr. Director, Lead to Sales Operations, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and recommendations to ensure the successful execution of the initiative.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
Job Responsibilities:
- You will partner with business subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and gömü all relevant use cases and requirements to support project objectives.
- As an individual contributor, you will translate business needs into clear, actionable objectives to ensure the redesign of the lead funnel management process meets all expectations.
- Build alignment across key stakeholders (sales, pazarlama, revops, tech) on the program’s mission, strategic objectives, KPIs, and other critical business decisions.
- Track and report on key product and business metrics (such as SLAs, Conversion Rates, Velocity, etc.) to evaluate project performance and ensure continuous improvement.
- Present project status, progress, and identified risks to key leaders during weekly stakeholder meetings.
- Continuously evaluate the efficiency of lead funnel processes and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Drive the successful execution and optimization of the new full-funnel lead visibility system to improve velocity and conversion through the funnel.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pazarlama, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of pazarlama/sales operations experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with project management teams within a pazarlama organization.
- Proven track record of driving successful project outcomes in cross-functional environments.
- Ability to contribute and foster a collaborative work culture.
- Detailed knowledge of pazarlama systems and processes that support lead management, to promote innovative concepts and introduce new ideas for improvement.
