Although we are from Rio, all of our clients are from the US and Europe, so that’s why the job post is in English.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Falcon Media, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. Your role will involve researching market trends, generating leads, and working closely with the sales team to convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients within our target markets.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to engage prospects.
• Qualify leads and determine their fit for Falcon Media’s services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Track and report on lead generation activities and results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a BDR or in a similar business development role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
• Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the video editing industry is a plus.
