Associate Operating Room Specialist – Brasília

Responsibilities

Support the surgical team within the surgical center, possessing knowledge and skills about products and techniques of the spine.
Kontrol all instruments and equipment before and after surgery, ensuring that instruments with problems or defects are separated and sent for maintenance, and monitor their replacement.
Promote increased Proceduralization through relationships within the surgical center with the surgeon, collaborating with Sales Reps to increase the number of surgeries and surgeons.

Accelerate revenue and market penetration for all products in the territory and relationships with spine surgeon customers.

Basic Qualifications
Technical course in surgical instrumentation.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a time-oriented environment.
Good relationship skills with surgeon customers and partners.
Strong ability to capture details quickly with proper tracking.

Ability to solve and interpret problems during surgery.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and skills about products and techniques of the spine.
Skills with office package.
Competency in navigating the web.
Intermediate English proficiency.

Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and competence in Web browsing.
