Professional competence (Job related) 专业能力 (与工作相关):
- 3年及以上食品配料或添加剂行业销售经验,有亲水胶体相关从业经验者优先;
- 熟悉亲水胶体(卡拉胶、琼脂、复配食品添加剂等)产品应用技术,具备与客户针对亲水胶体应用技术方面进行沟通交流;
- 语言:除本国母语外,要求英语流利,中文沟通者更佳;
- 良好的书面及口头表达能力,熟练使用常用办公软件。
- 有较强的商务谈判能力
- At least 3 years and above sales experiences in food ingredients or food additives industry,working experience in hydrocolloid industry is preferred.
- Be familiar with the application technology of hydrocolloid, and have the ability to develop project with customer by using carrageenan, agar, konjac gum and blended solutions.
(3)Language: In addition to native language, English fluency is required, Chinese communicator is preferred
(4)Good written and oral communication ability, proficiency with office software.
(5)Good commercial negotiation ability
主要职责:
- 负责市场开发、客户开发和维护和销售管理等工作。
- 负责所属区域的产品宣传、推广和销售,完成销售的任务指标。
- 制定自己的销售计划,并按计划拜访客户和开发新客户。
- 搜集与寻找客户资料,建立客户档案。
- 做好销售合同的签订、履行与管理等相关工作,以及协调处理各类市场问题。
- 具有团队协作精神,有效利用内部、外部资源完成销售目标。
Key Accountabilities
(1) Responsible for market development, customer development maintenance and sales management.
(2) Responsible for product publicity, promotion and sales in the region, and complete the sales target.
(3) Make your own sales plan, visit customers and develop new customers as planned.
(4) Collect and find customer information, and establish customer files.
(5) Well management of sales contract signing, implementation, and with good coordination and deal with various market issues.
(6) Have good teamwork spirit, and effectively use internal and external resources to achieve sales targets.
