Position Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual (Portuguese/English) Pazarlama Campaign Strategist to help design, execute, and optimize digital pazarlama campaigns both for Able.Digital’s own brands and for our growing list of clients. You will develop B2B and B2C campaign strategies, build audience segmentation plans, orchestrate lead generation and nurturing programs, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple industries and geographies.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and results-oriented with strong hands-on experience using Salesforce Pazarlama Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE / Pardot) and Pazarlama Cloud Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive inbound and outbound pazarlama campaign strategies across multiple industries.
- Collaborate with sales and service line leaders to align campaign objectives with business goals.
- Design lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement programs using Salesforce Pazarlama Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Build multi-step email nurture campaigns, landing pages, forms, and personalization strategies.
- Optimize lead scoring, grading, and hand-off to sales teams.
Client Campaign Development:
- Design and execute pazarlama campaigns for Able.Digital clients in multiple markets including the US, Canada, Brazil, and Latin America.
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gömü ICPs, audience segmentation, offers, and messaging strategies.
- Create campaign briefs, testing plans, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and recommend optimization actions to maximize client ROI.
Platform Management:
- Operate and optimize Salesforce Pazarlama Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE / Pardot), Pazarlama Cloud Engagement, and integrated MarTech tools.
- Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and attribution across pazarlama channels.
- Collaborate with Salesforce CRM Admins and Developers to ensure seamless campaign integration and reporting.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work cross-functionally with internal pazarlama, design, sales, and technical teams.
- Serve as a trusted campaign advisor to both internal stakeholders and client leadership teams.
- Provide ongoing education and best practice recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B/B2C digital pazarlama and campaign management.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Pazarlama Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) required.
- Experience with Salesforce Pazarlama Cloud Engagement (email studio, journey builder, automation studio) is a strong plus.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and data integration across platforms.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation, pazarlama funnels, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
- Highly analytical with ability to monitor KPIs, A/B tests, and optimize performance.
- Experience serving clients across different industries and regions (US, Canada, Brazil, Latam) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Compensation: Competitive contractor rate with the opportunity for full-time permanent employment within 12 months based on performance.
Work Location: Must reside in the greater São Paulo area with the ability to work in our Vila Olímpia office at least 2-3 days per week.
