Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through outbound cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making 500-900 outbound calls per day to identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
  • Maintaining 250+ minutes of talk time daily to effectively engage with prospects and geçirme qualified leads to our Account Executives.
  • Achieving at least one qualified live geçirme per day to meet and exceed sales targets.

Working Conditions:

  • Fully remote work environment.
  • Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, including a 1-hour break.

Compensation and Incentives:

  • $600/month base salary.
  • Daily commission structure:
  • 1 qualified lead: $20.
  • 2 qualified leads: $30.
  • 3 qualified leads: $40.
  • $100 bonus per closed deal from your transferred leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound cold calling.
  • Excellent phone presence and tonality.
  • High level of spoken English.
  • Must be a team player and willing to collaborate.
  • Reliable web connection, headset, and computer (equipment not provided).
