Sales Development Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through outbound cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making 500-900 outbound calls per day to identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Maintaining 250+ minutes of talk time daily to effectively engage with prospects and geçirme qualified leads to our Account Executives.
- Achieving at least one qualified live geçirme per day to meet and exceed sales targets.
Working Conditions:
- Fully remote work environment.
- Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, including a 1-hour break.
Compensation and Incentives:
- $600/month base salary.
- Daily commission structure:
- 1 qualified lead: $20.
- 2 qualified leads: $30.
- 3 qualified leads: $40.
- $100 bonus per closed deal from your transferred leads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B outbound cold calling.
- Excellent phone presence and tonality.
- High level of spoken English.
- Must be a team player and willing to collaborate.
- Reliable web connection, headset, and computer (equipment not provided).
