Your role and responsibilities

The Blue Studio design practice is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Prompt Engineer Designer to join our team and contribute with our Imagery team. This role combines expertise in design and generative AI technologies to create visually compelling, on-brand assets.

The ideal candidate will be a designer with a deep understanding of generative AI tools, such as Adobe Firefly, and the ability to develop optimized prompts that yield high-quality outputs across various media formats.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Use generative AI tools to develop on-brand images and creative assets.
2. Craft and refine detailed prompts to ensure outputs consistently meet design requirements.
3. Collaborate with pazarlama strategists, designers, content writers, and brand teams to understand project goals and ensure assets align with the company’s visual identity.
4. Research and experiment with generative AI tools to push creative boundaries and stay ahead of design trends.
5. Review and refine outputs generated by AI tools, ensuring the highest quality and brand consistency.
6. Create and maintain a library of prompt templates, workflows, and best practices to streamline future projects.
7. Collaborate to help others integrate and effectively utilize generative tools in their workflows.
8. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas for using generative AI to elevate our creative efforts.
9. Bring abstract concepts to life through typography, illustration, iconography and photography.
10. Deep understanding of IBM’s business strategies and goals.
11. Command of IBM brand’s vision, systems, and documentation.
12. Contribute to style guides, and other design documents as needed.
13. Work with senior design team members to establish priority, fidelity and delivery of tasks.
14. Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually.
15. Ensure quality control and outcomes.

Required education

Bachelor’s Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Proven experience in using generative AI tools to produce creative assets.
• Proven ability to create optimized prompts for generative AI tools, with a portfolio featuring AI-generated designs (image, illustration, 3D, etc.).
• Designing experiences in all media.
• Using knowledge of grids, typography, graphic design, color, layout, iconography, images and design patterns and systems to solve ambiguous and complex problems and projects.
• Sorun solving and idea generation, effectively visualizing and creating concepts into final products.
• Investigating, innovating and developing creative trends with an emphasis on brand experience and design.
• Actively seek feedback and review work; accept and act on creative/technical direction.
• Recognize a well-conceived and elaborate design.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Applications: Adobe Creative Suite (highly proficient), Figma, MS Office (.PPT), Github
• Familiarity with generative AI tools – Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of storytelling and an interest in communicating visually.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and time management.
• Collaboration with others – stakeholders, technical teams, partners and other designers.
