Job Summary
The Pazarlama Manager, Operations & Enablement for the Latin America Region leads the tactical execution of pazarlama strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer engagement. This role ensures alignment between pazarlama initiatives and the company’s business objectives, working closely with the Pazarlama Director for the Latin America and Region subsidiaries.
The position focuses on project management, data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize pazarlama performance across the region.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pazarlama operations processes to support regional business goals, focusing on regional alignment and resource optimization.
- Enhance global network with corporate functions in his/her areas of responsibilities ensuring proper cascading of global processes and projects into LATAM region.
- Manage pazarlama projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Analyze pazarlama data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and other departments to align pazarlama efforts with overall business objectives.
- Oversee company pazarlama technology and digital tools/systems, ensuring adoption, efficient use, and continuous improvement across LATAM region.
- Drive process optimization and standardization across the region’s pazarlama teams.
- Ensure compliance with corporate branding guidelines and pazarlama policies.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Education level required
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in pazarlama, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A master’s degree is preferred.
Years and area of experience required
- Consistent experience in pazarlama, with experience in a pazarlama operations role.
- Experience in strategic planning, budget control, multicultural teams, and digital pazarlama tools are desired.
- Experience in a multinational environment and B2B pazarlama is preferred.
Skills:
Technical knowledge
- Proficiency in pazarlama automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong project management skills, including familiarity with project management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Power BI is preferred.
