Our client is a Brazilian cybersecurity company operating in 55 countries, with physical offices in Brazil and the United States. They are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of People & Culture to lead their HR function and drive organizational excellence through people-focused initiatives.
This role will be instrumental in shaping the company culture and supporting growth objectives.
Role Overview
The Director of People & Culture will lead various HR functions while fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with our company’s mission and values. This senior leadership position will oversee a team of 5 professionals (4 senior and 1 junior) and work closely with executive leadership and investors.
Key Responsibilities
People & Culture
- Develop and strengthen organizational culture by aligning company values with vision and mission
- Partner with business leaders to integrate people strategies with business objectives
- Serve as strategic HR business partner to leadership on people-related matters
- Oversee and coordinate all People pillars: Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Organizational Development, and Employee Experience
Talent Acquisition
- Lead employer value proposition (EVP) development and employer branding initiatives
- Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with future business needs
- Create positive candidate experiences that reflect company culture and values
Organizational Development
- Design market-competitive compensation structures
- Implement performance management systems that support talent development
- Create training and development programs aligned with growth strategy
- Develop succession planning and career development frameworks
- Design and execute leadership development programs
Employee Experience
- Foster an engaging work environment where employees feel valued
- Develop integration strategies and internal pazarlama initiatives
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement actions
People Operations
- Ensure efficient execution of core HR functions including personnel administration and onboarding
- Manage HR systems and technologies
- Analyze HR data to support strategic decision-making
Key Challenges
- Managing sustainable company growth during expansion
- Ensuring entrepreneurial profiles for effective self-management
- Direct leadership of a 5-person team
- Maintaining effective communication with senior leadership and investors
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration
- Supporting the development of People function areas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- 10+ years of HR experience with leadership roles
- Advanced English proficiency (Spanish is a plus)
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Experience in high-growth environments
