Responsibilities
- Supporting benefits management by helping with inclusion, exclusion, checking payments, assisting users, reports and information management (control, evidence, invoices, proposals, etc.).
- Supporting the issuing of various quotes for the purchase of items for events and gifts for actions planned by HR.
- Supporting the organization of regional HR actions and events.
- Supporting the activities of the personnel administration area, such as checking documents, following up receipt of admission documents, updating files in employee folders, filing documents in the physical archive.
- Supporting the candidate recruitment process.
- Supporting the people development process and maintaining the necessary controls.
- Supporting internal communication activities.
- Supporting employer branding and employee experience projects.
- Support in updating the area’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Typically academic degree and relevant work experience
