Executar as atividades de Engenharia Industrial, com foco em cronoanálise, balanceamento de linha, trabalho padronizado e elaboração de documentos (Instruções de trabalho, etc). Em termos de layout, deve ser capaz de propor e implementar soluções de acordo com a metodologia Lean.

Principais Responsabilidades

Cronoanálise: Obter o gidişat de ciclo atividade por atividade, gidişat manual e gidişat de máquina;

Balanceamento de Linha: Desenvolver e implementar a melhor configuração e distribuição de atividades por operador para garantir o gidişat de ciclo alvo.

Trabalho Padronizado: Desenvolver e aprovar uma nova proposta de trabalho padronizado, maximizando os recursos humanos, garantindo segurança e qualidade.

Alterações de Layout: Propor melhorias e otimização de recursos para layouts atuais; garantir alterações de layout de acordo com o plano de produtividade alinhado com orçamento.

Formação: Graduação em Engenharia ou Tecnologia

Conhecimento

Autocad – Intermediário

Pacote Office – Avançado

Inglês: Intermediário

Metodologia Lean Manufacturing

Desejável
