Based in São Paulo, this pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare in Brazil, driving growth and ensuring excellence across all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team of key account managers.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and expand market presence.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in B2C retail, hospital business, and tender business.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in oncology, biosimilars, cardiology, diabetes, hospital products, or critical care.
  • Proven track record in managing and leading successful sales teams.
  • Extensive experience in B2C retail, hospital business, and tender business.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
